Each crew model is approximately 100 mm tall and 50 mm wide including the base. Exact size and specification is detailed on the product page of each model.

Each model is hand crafted and then cast in a white metal alloy called Ley Pewter. This is an alloy that is predominantly Tin, containing small amounts of Copper, Lead and Antimony. The models have a heavy and metallic feel.

Several finishes are available for each model including Antique Black, Sateen, painted, and unfinished. All available finishes are detailed on each of the product pages but if you require a bespoke finish for a special occasion or cant see what you are looking for please contact us.

Whilst we hope Lifeboat Collectables models are enjoyed by everyone, our models are collectables and not toys. The models do not represent a choking hazard.

We have recreated the lifeboat crew kit models as accurately as possible. The modern era models are first sculpted in wax from detailed photographs taken of today’s crew in full PPE kit. Once the wax figure is technically correct we then proceed to the moulding stage. With the older lifeboat crew kit models the process is the same with exception the photography used is from RNLI historic archives.

Yes we ship worldwide. Once you proceed to checkout on the website and enter your address you will see the shipping charge calculated for your location before you proceed to final confirmation of the order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and shipping information. You can also use our Order Tracking page for all order and shipping updates.

UK orders between 2-3 days after processing. Europe and USA overseas orders between 5-7 days after processing. Please note we only ship on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. GMT will be processed on the following day.

Lifeboat Collectables was established by crew members of the West Mersea Lifeboat Station. Any donation received through Lifeboat Collectables is given in full to the RNLI. We regularly contribute to the RNLI, supporting fundraising efforts for our local lifeboat stations. You can also donate directly at rnli.org

To place your order, select a model you wish to purchase from the shop section. You then need to choose an RNLI Donation option (how much if anything you would like to donate to the RNLI). Once you have selected this option you can Add to Basket and Checkout. Please contact us if you have any issues placing an order and our customer service team will help you.

You can cancel or change any order that hasent been processed. Please contact us with your order reference number as soon as possible if you wish to change an existing order.

You can still order Lifeboat Collectables models if we are out of stock, out of stock items normally take between 1-2 weeks to fulfil.

The “Coming Soon” models are not available to order as they have not yet been released. Sign up to our newsletter (bottom of the page) to make sure you are notified about every release date and all new models available to collect at Lifeboat Collectables.
